TAKE ACTION AGAINST SCAMMERS, HARASSERS ETC
1) Report. Click on the offender, click on "Report" in the menu and type their offence in the box. If more than 6 people do this, the offender is banned temporarily. Continual reporting for the same serious offence/s gets their account suspended or even deleted. REPORTS MUST BE GENUINE. You must not report people just because you don’t like them. They must have committed an offence. Similarly, if someone has sent an offensive message to you via your message box in your home/s, simply click on the
"Report" button, by the side of the message, and then follow the
instructions.
2) Block. Click on the offender, click on "Block" in the menu, encourage victims to block the offender, then tell the offender they are blocked. If the offender is a harasser, this will usually see them off.
3) Kick. When the offence happens in one of your homes, click on the offender, and click on "Kick." This will remove the offender from the establishment. If the house is not yours, encourage the owner to kick the offender out.

For PC users:
1. Press the "Prnt Scrn" or "Print Screen" button (usually located in
the top right hand corner of the keyboard, to the right of the f12
button).
2. Open Microsoft Paint. To do this, click Start > All Programs >
Accessories > Paint. Click inside the white part of the screen.
3. Go to the Edit menu and click Paste or you can press and hold "Ctrl" and tap V.
4. Click File > Save As. In the box that pops up, change the "Save
As Type" to JPG. Type in a filename for your image. Choose a place to
save, like the Desktop, and click "Save". (Please make sure the file
type is JPG)
5. Attach the picture when you create a customer service ticket

For MAC users:
1. Hold down the APPLE [Command], and SHIFT keys
2. Press 3 for a screen shot of the entire screen
3. The screenshot will appear on your desktop
4. Open the screenshot
5. Select FILE on the Menu Bar
6. Select SAVE AS… from the drop down menu
7. In the Format dropdown, select JPG
8. Select SAVE
9. Attach the picture when you create a customer service ticket

Please be aware that when Zynga have designated your incident report as "Solved" it does not mean that they think it is finished and cannot do any more about it. It simply means that the Customer Support Team cannot do any more about it, and have passed it on to another department, such as the TOS Team etc.
